QaF video: "Special"

My second video ever! *waits for applause to die down*

*ehem*

Title: Special (right-click-save, or control-save as, if you're on a mac, like me) it is a .mov file. Quicktime will play it, as will VLC.
Song: "Brass in Pocket" by the Pretenders.

It is my ode to Unbeatable S1 Justin and his persistent, smart pursuit. As always, criticism is not only all right by me, but extremely helpful.

I like it, especially the first minute or so. The music seems to match up really well to the video clips throughout the whole thing and I think the song was a good choice. My only criticism is that towards the end everyone seemed to be talking about something and that kinda didn't flow so well with the music. Other than that it was pretty neat.

One of these days you must teach me how to make cool videos with music put to them, it looks like a lot of fun. =D

Hehe. I'm glad you liked it. But yeah, I agree at the very last part I should have varied it more. This was an excellent learning experience because I'm going to be making a Supernatural vid next. And then...THEN...the Doctor Who video that I've been longing to make for forever.

I don't think it would work the same on your computer as mine :( I use Quicktime pro to clip the pieces of vid I want out of the episodes I've downloaded. Then I load them into imovie, which is a lovely drag-and-drop affair which only requires me to know how to cut things up and paste them together :D

You can download VLC player--it doesn't require installation and it will play just about anything :D But yeah, I don't have things like realplayer here at work because I'd have to actually install it, bah.
